I had some repair work and also needed a couple of tires....The charges were very reasonable to say the least...and the service was outstanding....I have watched this company grow for the last 35 or more years and they have been successful because they always treat their customers with respect and go out of their way to be helpful.... Hall Tire was all we ever used as I was growing up & we've continued the tradition!! Love it that they will come to the farm to fix big tractor tires! What a Great Family!!
I needed some new tires for my boat trailer. I called Hall and they had them the next day. I went by a couple days later to give them the old wheels and expected to have to come back because they were so busy. NOT!!! I could not believe the service I received...It was so good that it should be what shows up in the dictionary when you look up the definition of service. Not what they used to be. I did much more business with Hall Tire & Battery 10 years ago or so. I took my car in recently with a bolt through the tire & didn't find the same friendly people whose attitude was customer 1st. This is a younger generation who would rather not be bothered with customers and their problems. I had taken a punctured tire off to leave for repair or replacement & was told I'd have to stay.
