When we finally could do my procedure, I had excellent care!!!
Waited 1.5 hours past my appointment time before I saw the doctor. When he did come in, the appointment was very rushed. Didn’t address the issue I came in for nor did he review any of the tests the tech performed. He said I should make another appointment in Warrendale for dry eye. Very disappointing experience. I will not return. Practice is not patient centric.
11-7-2025 Staff and Dr. are friendly and do a good job. Wait time for Dr. was just under an hour and he spent maybe 5 minutes with me. Kind of pricey visit for the time he spent with me. I have a $65 copay. I was, however, greeted promptly by the assistants after arriving. 7-31-26 The staff and Dr. are friendly and listen to you.
