Very personable, very detailed about my condition and my surgery and what to expect after. I never felt rushed during appointments, very good bedside manner.
You asked for my feedback regarding a recent office visit. I found the staff to be nice and professional; the physical office space was adequate. My concern was that I waited over 2 hours past my scheduled appointment of 9:30 AM, That caused me to cancel an 11:00 appointment & almost needed to delay a 12:00 call. To me this means that there had been a very difficult patient, the staff were late and/or unprepared to start the day, or that you had simply overbooked the patients with the available staff and simply made everyone... read more
