After working with them for 4 great years the one good accountant they had has retired. There office staff had always been difficult to work with but the accountant was worth it. Now that he has retired there office staff are no longer worth the hassle. Recomend filing yourself as being talked to rudely and talked over by viky is no longer worth it.

Roger and staff are great people and very very professional and understanding and making sure you understand you financial goals masking sure that your money going to do for you when you retired.
