Steve is great. Has over 40yrs experience. Use to be a Genie rep. He came out on a Sunday and made a lot of adjustment's and preventative maintenance. Got the door working flawlessly. Would use again in a heart beat.
Steven is the best. He is super friendly and reliable. I called him up about an issue I had and he spent 15 minutes on the phone with me to walk me through programming the garage door remote to help try and save me from having to buy a completely new opener. Excellent customer service.
I highly recommend Stephen Hall! His response time was quick. He was efficient, quickly assessing and fixing the problem. He also educated me as to how I could maintain the equipment. His pricing was extremely fair. I was glad to have found him!
