I had to evict 1 person for unpaid rent and take 1 person to small claims court for damages to my apartment. You can also seach both those names on CCAP for their public information. I would encourage everyone to do their due diligence before renting. I am also happy to supply a prospective renter a list of references of former and current tenants.
