Several years ago I purchased my home through Hall Realty. They had their inspector come out when I showed interest in a property. He passed the house and said everything was great, even though it took him two hours to get the furnace to turn on. The old central air unit was missing so one of our stipulations to buying it was for them to put a new unit in.
