I own a 1996 home by Hall Quality Builders, I purchased it in 2023. These people will take any route possible to cut corners and save money. We found construction scraps and garbage in our drywall. Our subfloor wasn't installed correctly, leading to all sorts of issues with flooring, cabinetry and doors. The worst part: they bury all their downed trees in their lots. Hall QB's targeted audience is first time home buyers. Do not build/buy a Hall home if it's your first property; you won't know you're getting screwed until you're screwed. -"5 star energy rating" means drafty, molding doors and windows and open spaces on sliding doors so large spiders and bees will waltz in anytime they like, not to mention the freezing air rushing in during winter. - During the building process, to save themselves money, they will create large holes in the lawn that depress and widen over time ("depression... read more
