We hosted our May 2025 wedding for 140 guests at the Aster, Hall of Kings (HOK). Our goal was to have our reception downtown Minneapolis with a venue that was unique and fit our budget. We chose the HOK venue because we fell in love with the “speak-easy” vibe, the Hepburn and Redford Club rooms for the bride and groom suites, and the beautiful location on the St. Anthony Main riverfront. Incredible all around! Dawn helped show us the room and I immediately fell in love with it, and Serina helped us with all steps there on. The room is gorgeous with wood and brick lit with twinkle lights. Great service from the bar, the food was INCREDIBLE, we had a great tasting ahead of time to try the different dishes, just everything was amazing. My partner and I threw a joint 40th birthday + 5 year anniversary party at the HOK! We had so much fun planning the event with the staff and felt very comfortable and safe asking questions and making sure our event ran smoothly. We got so many compliments on the space and the food! I cannot speak highly enough about what a great experience it was planning the event and also executing the event. Thank you, thank you thank you to all at the HOK!
Had a wonderful experience working with Hall of Kings. Our wedding was very well done and was the perfect day. All the people involved were wonderful and the food was great as well.
