At first, what seemed like compassion in an emergency situation turned into sheer neglect and being taken advantage of by Lakeview Ford - Hall Motor Company’s service department. I was on a road trip and had issues with my F150 so I located the nearest Ford dealership which was in Lakeview OR, Doug got me right in at 8am and after a vehicle inspection and troubleshoot i was told it was a failing #2 coil pack on my 2.7 ecoboost and that getting home to Prineville should not be a problem after i declined repairs there. it was as good of an outcome as one could have being that far from my homebase

I recently bought a used F350 from Hall. The staff was friendly and accommodating, zero pressure sales, and an all around great experience. Fair prices and great service.
