Horrible doctor. Stay away. The receptionist was nice and I showed up 30 minutes early to avoid any problems and they didn't have the intake paperwork ready. I waited until they got it, filled everything out quickly to stay on time but there was one form they couldn't find the one where they keep a copy of your credit card on file to presumable charge whatever they want as they don't list or quote any prices.
