Responsible for plumbing issues with new construction home in Stephens City. They do not answer the phone, nor email and they will not return calls. Pathetic.
Worst service ever. They were the one who installed the faucet in our new build house and it broke. I have been calling them since November to replace it. They never showed up. They don’t pickup my phone calls nor returned my calls. They are the worst and I will never use their services again.
This company has done 3 no shows after I have taken off 3 times. I am still waiting for my 4th appointment to be scheduled. Hopefully, they will show up.
Absolutely a waste of time, non responsive, unprofessional, keep your money and go somewhere else!
