Nice guy, great staff, and thorough blueprint. No complaints. His contacts (contractors) all flaked. They either never called back or purposely over-bid the job because they weren't interested in it. Mind you, we spent $25k on plants and ground cover. Lead us to believe his contractors were "top-notch" and would come through during the consultation. I paid him in full.
When we decided to remove our swimming pool and redesign our backyard, we had our own ideas and planned to undertake this on our own. However, after not reaching an agreement on various designs as well as the scope of work, we decided to hire a professional. Hall Landscaping Design was our choice. Ian is by far the landscape designer I prefer to work with on any project. As a Landscape Lighting Designer, I have worked with Ian over the last 20 years or so, and he consistently has fresh ideas and designs in such a way to fit the clients requirements. He is extremely knowledgeable and always demonstrates his passion and love for landscape design and working with people to bring their dreams to life. No cookie cutter designs here, believe me.
Ian and his team were professional and thoughtful throughout the process. We enjoyed working with Hall landscaping and are proud of the results!
