Absolutly an appalling experience. Extremely unprofessional, Brian had no sense of respect, nor consideration to replying back to emails and after 10 months still have not been reimbursed for my rental after providing proof numerous times. Please look else where if your hoping for real sense of security when picking an auto inaurance provider. Unfortunately I didn't have the option, the person at fault chose them as their provider.

Absolute worst company to deal with. The adjusters lie from beginning to end, no body knows what is going on, everybody is always out of the office...I asked the adjuster Wayne if he wanted to wait a month and a half to get his car fixed he replied "hell no". Mr Fleming stated he completed several actions which in fact he did no such thing. I called him about 20 times from beginning of day to end of day today and NO RESPONSE HAVE I RECEIVED.
