Southern Hyundai Chesapeake service department is totally dishonest with my experience there. I brought in my 2019 Hyundai Accent SE for service. Well, it took them a week to get to my car to replace the starter. I was told They finally finished the work a week later but then said I have water damage in my engine. Southern hyundai service department need to train there service department on update navigation system there people doesn’t know how to do it. When you buy a car from the dealer ship they should know how to help you and they are very rude that don’t even know were you get the update from You have to make appointment for a five minute job before Southern took it over **** *******people would show you how to do little thing on your car, order SD card show you how to put address in for the navigation system and more
The service department's customer service is awful. When purchasing a new car, state inspections are free!. Something they desperately want you to take somewhere else. It is obvious that once you have paid for the car, they only cater to vehicle service that you are going to pay for. This was my second year attempting to get my car inspected there and will never again return to Hall Hyundai Chesapeake for anything.

This is the worst company to buy a vehicle from, I purchased a car from hall Hyundai of Chesapeake off of western branch in August, here it is October and they have yet to give me my title; I purchased my car in cash. When I call questioning them about my title they give me the run around. Its been a real headache.
