Southern ford did not take care of none of my need they purposely damaged my truck then tried to price gouge me to pay for the stuff they damaged then tried to tell me that I had to give a good review because they cut the price basically for why they did in the first place there mechanic and the service tech Kevin Phillips damaged my personal property they cut my lines and when I wanted to see my truck after they told me my transmission lines were leaking so when I went back there my hoses were pouring transmission fluid fro... read more

Update, please ensure you are aware that you will be charged for lojack, detailing and etching, when buying a car, to the tune of $2000. If you want real reviews, check Better Business Bureau. Worst dealership experience i have ever had. Picked up my truck from a repair, still had a check engine light. Made it three miles only to have to stop for low oil pressure.
