I called yesterday to make an appointment. I show up 30 minutes early for my appointment in Warren only to be told because I'm a new patient I cannot get contacts. I realize I am a new patient, however I have worn contacts for way longer than I haven't. I understand rules are different with the covid-19 stuff going around, but I sure would have liked to have known before driving 90 miles round-trip that I would be turned around with absolutely nothing accomplished. I absolutely adore & love the staff here! Along with Dr Hall & his son Brent! Both are always so friendly & there's never a dull moment for my 7 year old when he goes for vision therapy & his routine check ups!
Wonderful and very helpful staff and the doctors are very thorough 👍🏻 Will definitely be going back
