Jeff Reed was the consultant for my collision repair. Jeff was very efficient and congenial. He always answered my calls or texts quickly or returned them promptly if he was unable to answer immediately. He clearly explained the process and kept me informed as my vehicle completed one stage and started another. At the center he was considerate & gentlemanly in making sure to open doors & car hood etc ; he also arranged transportation to rental the car company. My car was returned absolutely as good as new.
