I test drove a dodge Durango told the sales person had a noise said she could not here it said would have someone look at if just new tired making noise. I was told that they had fixed the problem and bought the vehicle. I drove the vehicle home with the noise still there and said they it was not safe to drive and would fix it still have not the front rotators are all rusted and corroded and they told me needs a wheel bearing after I purchased it when the told it was fixed. I am a long time customer of this dealership and owner of 3 Dodge vehicles. 4 tires installed and balanced with 3 TPMS sensors was the service performed. ****************** tried charging me for a faulty TPMS sensor and installation cost, when it was actually a brand new faulty sensor they installed the day before. The cost they were trying to pass onto me was approximately $90 dollars. The service manager *** was unwilling to tell me who was responsible for the deception. 2nd time buying a car from this dealership , First was January of 2025 and a month later it was in the shop for over 30 days for multiple issues. 2nd time was September of 2025. I was told that the car has no issues and it was updated and good to go. They gave it to me not charged and the key fob was not connected to the car i had to touch the power button with the key fob for it to work. Can't leave zero stars. Charged me $800 for lojack/tint. Did not want. I saw they sold my old car, charging the same $800. I PAID TO HAVE MY CAR TINTED. Not sure how they get away with it. Stay away!!!

I have bought my last 2 vehicles from here. They come out with a ridiculous monthly payment; then slowly work their way down to your price. Don’t ask how much the vehicle costs you are buying, they won’t let you know. Don’t try to have your vehicle worked on there. My vehicle has been there for 10 weeks now. Will never do business from this location. I’m not sure how they are able to still operate.

Looked at a car that we saw online. After test driving it and looking at it, the car needed some detailing. The salesman assured us that it would be freshly detailed and cleaned before going home. Went in for paperwork and they told us to go to lunch and the car would be ready when we got done. If I can leave, no stars, I would a couple months ago. I took my vehicle to get serviced. I had one of the worst experiences ever. My vehicle was misdiagnosed. I let them know that your service tech had misdiagnosed my vehicle. They said that that is not their fault, even after charging a diagnostics fee.
