My son was looking to purchase his first vehicle. He had found a vehicle he liked, was in communication with the sales staff via text and phone calls. He advised them we would be taking a trip up there today to test drive and potentially buy the vehicle. I give this dealership one star because my sales rep was very nice and helpful how ever, I received a phone call from James ****** in the financing department and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He accused me the customer of lying to them regarding a payoff for my prior vehicle. In all my years of financing a vehicle I have never had to supply a payoff amount I have given the finance company name and they reached out and obtained what was needed. I was told that I lied and supplied false information when I never ev... read more

Great saleswoman assisted me when I purchased my vehicle. Bought my vehicle in November 2020 with the contingency that I would get my mirror fixed. I made several attempted calls to the dealership to get the issue fixed. Finally got the service manager on the phone who ordered me 2 brand new mirrors. He was super empathetic to the situation. But took me 2 additional months to get it scheduled. Parts department will NOT give you a call when your parts come in. You have to constantly call, yourself and hope you talk to someone... read more
