Tire Damage and Service Dispute After the first service was completed and I returned to collect my truck, I was informed that one of the tires had two noticeable gashes. I bought a preowned truck from 1200 miles away. The salesman Joe was very good to work with, inspecting the truck with me on the phone and sending me pictures of any imperfection he could find. When I flew in to pick it up there was a last minute surprise (honest mistake), Hall's team regrouped, brought people in overnight to make it right. These are stand up folks. I would not hesitate to deal with them again.
