Kind of, but not enough Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms? Not really, they should have made more of an effort Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details? Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? Yes, in fact they had two separate rooms! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They have color pages and crayons in the exam rooms. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. This office had no toys to entertain my child while we waited.The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time
