This shop is run with the utmost in professionalism. Darryl Bennett was able to do an estimate for repair in a speedy manner and I was then able to approve the repair and drop off my car as soon as possible. Darryl was very courteous and thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done. He spent time with me before and after the repair to patiently go over the details so that I had a thorough understanding of the work before and after it was completed. Worst shop to go to! i had a very bad experience with this shop, Management is terrible.
I had a great experience with Hall Body Shop after my car was badly damaged in an accident. I needed a new front bumper, headlight, and several other repairs, and they got everything done fast—in less than two weeks! I was really impressed with how smooth the process was. Everyone in the office was super pleasant and helpful, and a special shoutout to Darryl, who kept me updated frequently throughout the repair. Exceptional service! The adjuster saw the long paint mark on my truck, asked me to wait a moment, and came back with a towel and some magic white cream. She rubbed out the paint, took maybe 15-20 minutes, and sent me off at no charge. I was a very happy camper!
