I took my car in to get sn estimate on the cost for repairs. The folks were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was a very worthwhile visit.

Their insurance inspector is incompetent and dishonest. Lead times on estimate work is Crazy and if your repairs need to go through another shop the pompous old ignorant inspector will go out of his way to get your supplement estimate declined. Go to Any other shop for your insurance estimate! Ford's money grab policies are in full effect here. It's not about what's fair, the truth, or even physics.
