Troy Hall came to assess auctioning personal property of my grandfather, before he was going to a nursing home. Troy and his team came out and went thru 60yrs of antiques and collectibles, as my grandad was an antique dealer for the last 40 working years of his life. Caught Troy cheating in online Hibid Auction, which he admitted to after showing him the evidence. He is able to see your Max bids in real-time and is using those to underbid just under your max.
