Racist at its core. We went to look at a house and we were told by Jerry that we were going to get the house. That he was going to push it thru. We turned in everything and they said that the only thing they were waiting for was the esa forms. It took me a bit to get them since I was not home. Since we were told the place was ours we were all packed and ready to go and give them the deposit. This is a 0 STARS post. UNPROFESSIONAL. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. LIES ABOUT THE LISTING. Both my girlfriend and I contacted Ariana Rohrig and Sara the same day a property was listed for rent. We got a quick response and we were even scheduled for a tour in 4 days since it was being renovated and we would be the first to see it. They call us an hour before our tour telling us someone applied online and was given the property to rent. (Impossible because this was all done over the weekend).
