Just have to point out that the 5 star reviewer is trying to save face for this company but doesn't even refer to him by the name he goes by.... Seems a little fishy, that your "honest review" is out there to discredit the bad reviews. But this guy is pretty bad. Everyone makes mistakes but he knew he was in the wrong and decided to protect his pride and screw my clients rather than correcting his error.

Invalid data resulted in an extremely low appraisal, both our loan officer and realtor prepared an appeal with statistically valid data and it was ignored.
Paid for an appraisal and after a few weeks simply got the reply that they couldn’t appraise it - total waste and we had to hire a new appraisal firm to come out. If they had provided a list of issues or reasons it wouldn’t be an issue, but we were left completely in the dark.
