DON'T use this guy unless you want to give your house away. I gave him recent listings that sold in our neighborhood, one was right across the street and he commented that it was out of the subjects value range. Make sure you use Robert Gautreaux instead. Don't waste your money.
Unless you plan on giving away your home do not use this appraiser. I mistakenly listened to my broker and chose this appraiser for my relocation. He used inferior comps and even said so on his appraisal. He then appraised my home almost 30,000 lower than comps and similar homes listed/selling within a mile from my home and in my own neighborhood.
