At least five different teams of two (on different dates) worked on my total-home remodel: Hall installed attic insulation, relocated HVAC unit/condenser, and installed all new ductwork (including exhaust fan ducts) and vent covers. They've since had to return twice for a reported blown fuse ... and when the A/C was not cooling now in warmer temps, I finally called another company: second company discovered system had NO refrigerant and both valve cores were nearly disconnected with no caps. Hall installed a 5-ton system for us back in 2022. A sensor on the condenser failed, I sent John a pic of the error info and they were out the next day with the part (had to be ordered and was under warranty). I couldn't ask for faster service than that. If you want old school west Texas honesty and customer service, call these guys.
