Let’s be clear, Dr Hale, you are a nice person but your business practices are ridiculous. To force people to pay in person with cash or check when you book telehealth and have no online payments options in 2025 is beyond me: for a practice that specializes in mental health you all are doing things that actually have a negative impact on happiness. It has been 13 years since Dr. Hale helped me. I have to say the search for a good therapist can be difficult. I was fortunate to find this doctor. She is excellent in her field. She is empathetic when needed, and stern when needed as well. This doc helps you to look inside yourself and deal with why you feel the way you do. I’m thankful I found Dr. Hale. My life isn’t perfect, but it is so much better today because of finding this lady. Thanks doc.
