I am used to going to medical spas and so this one missed the mark. Here are the things that I did not like. Tipping was expected from a nurse practitioner. Numbing cream was not used to dull the pain of the laser procedure when it could’ve easily been used. Parking is a hassle. Rather than put a headband on me to protect my hair the nurse went ahead and fried the hair around my face. Again, that could have easily been prevented by taking the care to put on a headband.

I had such a wonderful experience at Helena Spa! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and taken care of. The facial was pure luxury—my skin feels so refreshed and glowing. The pedicure was just as great and left my feet super soft and perfectly polished. Everyone at Helena Spa was so warm and attentive, and the space itself is beautiful and calming. I walked out feeling pampered, recharged, and already excited to come back. If you’re looking for a little self-care and luxury, I can’t recommend Helena Spa enough!
If you are an athlete, I recommend not going to this spa!!! I paid $520 for a Daxxify session that the specialist who attended me recommended. She told me this is better than dysport, it was supposed to focus on working on my eye area for the amount paid! And for 15 days that have passed, I don't see results! 0 results! It didn't work! I spoke to her so she could resolve the issue because I lost $520 and her response from Mrs. Angela was that she knew I wouldn't be happy, that it wouldn't be enough!
