I would rate this Salon zero stars. I contacted Diye on the phone to schedule my daughter an appt. to hv her hair braided. I had txt her as well as sent pics of what she was wanting. I also informed her there was 2 knots we couldn't get out. She assured she could get said knots out as well as do the style. We drove 2 hrs for her to tell us she couldn't do it nor could she get the hair. She was beyond rude & extremely unprofessional to say the least.
