Didn’t have any issues called made an appointment with them. They came out shut down my system. First time I’ve used them. Hope we have more good experience with them.
I hope they keep the techs they currently have. Appreciated the text letting me know they were running a little late. Our sprinkler system was not only opened, but thoroughly reviewed and adjustments were made before they left. Very pleased.
Had them out to start up sprinkler system...two guys spent an hour here and put in a new sprinkler head...waited a week and never came on..called shop and she set up another visit 10 days later...waited three days and at 730 pm sprinkler came on no pressure ...hose at pump diconnected...called shop and was told work order said it was good to go...they wanted to come out two weeks later...son fixed it and they sent a charge for 127.00...state customer protection will be involved
Left a job without notice and without completion. Overcharged for work that was not done. At a follow up call an employee confirmed that no work had been done (I was charged for 5 sprinkler heads and a repair). The employee said he would return to correct and complete the job, he never showed up. Multiple calls placed to the company and to the owner, requesting a refund. All calls were unanswered. If you want someone to take your money, ghost your calls, rarely show up and never complete the job, this is the company for you.
I really wished that I could give these guys a better review. Kevin bailed us out of a tough spot when we first used them a couple years ago - to move sprinkler heads, adjust zones and recommission our system after extensive concrete work. At the time, I was extremely happy with them. Ever since, they've done everything they could to fall on their face.
