Utterly disappointed. I relocated here and am a new patient with Halifax. I called 2 days in a row to discuss a new mass on my dogs ear & for pain management until we can be seen next week. Promise of a return call both days and NO follow phone call from the vet as requested. I will be going somewhere else for veterinary services from here on out.
If you care about your pet do not take them here! Care is awful! You never see same Vet twice. Revolving door of bad Vets. Was going here x 20 years.. Past few years just gone down. Last few times I had to return due to misdiagnosis/ wrong treatment. Then they schedule appt and they screw it up and tell you too bad. Refused to tell DrBartos or have her call me. DrBartos needs to know what’s going on in her practice. They lost a very loyal client bc they just don’t care… So sad… DrBartos is a good vet… Good luck seeing her.. ... read more
