recently had my dog neutered here 3 days later my dog got a serious hernia going most of the way up his stomach from near his scrotum brought dog back at vet check out time which is supposed to be from 11 to 1 got there at 5 to 11 they told me to come back at noon which I live an hour away so that's not feasible had to wait in the parking lot for an hour for them to come out they literally took my dog back for less than 45 seconds brought him back out tried to tell me it had nothing to do with his surgery Wichita via SLI doe... read more
Recommendedmakes it affordable to get the needs of pets with everything, sterilizations, immunizations, chipping. Staff is super nice too.
Our cat came home SICK after we had him fixed on 12/18/19, and that spread the illness to all the other animals in our house. The clinic was closed for two weeks and we couldn’t even bring him back for treatment, we had to go elsewhere. The first vet bill to treat the infection was $250!! I contacted the clinic who completely blew me off immediately. They failed to provide a clean and sterile environment, and this illness could have been deadly. As stated in our response to you mam; Upper respiratory infections are common. It is not an indication that our environment is not sterile. Anytime animals are in contact with each other an upper respiratory infection is possible. It's comparable to the human cold. The intake form you signed clearly states we cannot be held responsible for charges incurred post surgery. I do TNR and have taken probably 100 cats there. I've never had any problems. You must follow the after care instructions. The staff is professional & caring. We are lucky to have a low cost clinic that does such a great job. Thank you for your hard work!!!

They were so caring and took great care with my piggy
Had a very easy going experience here! I dropped my sweet little lady off to be spayed and we were both riddled with anxiety about it. I was reassured that everything would be okay and guess what... it was! My dog is now home and healing great. I even got to pick her up early! Thank you for taking such good care of Bambi💛
