Unbelievable second worst only to Halifax port orange which is the worst. Emergency room waiting time 1:30 minutes. Awesome, not bad. Ok not in any serious pain just blood clots, we will refer you somewhere. Wait for discharge papers. 4 hours later still waiting to be discharged. It's ridiculous and unless you're minutes away from passing away I suggest you stay as far away from this filthy place called Halifax health Daytona beach
I called looking for information regarding their inpatient program for bipolar depression. The individual told me to find help somewhere else. Clearly had 0 desire to help someone. Didn't bother talking to me or asking any questions. Disrespectful and rushed me off the phone.
Please think about going somewhere else if you can. Dr. Ronald Horowitz, ED Physician is the worst, Dr. Stephen Miner, Cardiologist, misdiagnosed a blockage, Kristi Jones, Patient Relations Coordinator, makes snide comments, and Jeff Feasel, CEO of Halifax has no response to 2 emailed complaints sent over 6 weeks ago. Ultimately, my husband didn't make it and passed a week after the misdiagnosis.
Save your own life..go somewhere else. This ER doesnt have the time or concern for an emergency.
