I went into the office with a limited understanding of my problem and the correction needed. From the greeting at the front desk, through the procedure and after care, I was treated with care, concern and professionalism. Every question was answered patiently and thoroughly. A plus is the joy found throughout the office♥️
The office is stunning and inviting. Staff is knowledgeable, competent, and kind as can be. Dr Joubert and Dr Patel are so sweet and extremely hard working and dedicated providers. Daytona and Ormond need more medical practices like this!
Hands down Dr Patel and her staff are the nicest most professional and genuinely friendly people I’ve dealt with in this state . Out of all the medical facilities I’ve been to in Florida, these ladies are the best ! If I could give more than 5 stars I would .
Doctor Patel and staff was very accommodating and friendly. She was very thorough, answered all my questions and I highly recommend her!
Yesterday I had a Bilateral Blepharoplasty on my upper eyelids performed by Dr. Katelyn Joubert DO. (This is a surgical procedure where excess skin in my upper eyelids was obscuring my vision) The surgery was performed at the Halifax Health Medical Center on Dunlawton Avenue in Port Orange, Florida. I was incredibly impressed by Dr. Joubert’s professionalism and competence. The staff that we met were all pleasant and professional.
