Doctor Patel and staff was very accommodating and friendly. She was very thorough, answered all my questions and I highly recommend her!
Yesterday I had a Bilateral Blepharoplasty on my upper eyelids performed by Dr. Katelyn Joubert DO. (This is a surgical procedure where excess skin in my upper eyelids was obscuring my vision) The surgery was performed at the Halifax Health Medical Center on Dunlawton Avenue in Port Orange, Florida. Very professional, thorough, and caring practice from the front office through to the doctor. Ophthalmic assistant covered everything on annual exam from A to Z without feeling I was being rushed. The physician spent time answering my questions without hesitation. While every part of your body plays an important role in one's life, your eyes are so important in how you experience life. I am not a big reviewer and don't know how to make this pop or anything, but Dr. Patel is fantastic. Kind, caring, with great bedside manner. So happy to have found someone to entrust my eye health to.
Dr. Patel has been very efficient and takes the time to answer any questions. Good job and fast heal! She has a fantastic staff that you can count on to help when you need it. Great practice!
