I’m not sure why this office decided to discharge my child early because as stated with cms, she should have been supported by pedes until 21. My child is heavily reliant on referrals to places due to her disability. The doctor told me he would continue seeing her. The front staff and Stephanie the nurse decided to discharge her with a letter of discontinued service, leaving my child without care.
