They accidentally put my last name incorrectly, and I didn’t catch it before I signed. They made it seem like it was such an issue…… they had my ID also so incorrect spelling wasn’t my doing. Maybe close the door before making a big deal because I didn’t catch your mistake
Avoid the place was told it was $130 to see a doc, if there was any other charges I would be told up front before they perform them, not the received a bill for $1000, no note for what service, they not responded to my request for a statement, this is a clinic that takes property owner money then screws them services not community hospital but a place rip people who are looking for health services

Child has been seen by Halifax numerous times but turned away because we don’t have the physical card, but all the information on our phones to verify. As well as the fact he’s established with Halifax. Terrible.
Receptionist was very rude. Very long wait time. Was not told there was a copay.
