The office is wonderful. The office itself is very clean and conveniently located. The staff is so very helpful and knowledgeable. We love Dr. Shields. Sherry, the medical secretary, has been so super helpful with getting our insurance figured out. Would definitely recommend this pediatrician to anyone in the area :)
Been to this office on multiple occasions and I love the way they care for my child. Staff is quick and outgoing and front desk always interacts with my child.
Dr. DARA SHIELDS sits behind the desk on her phone laughing as patients approach the desk with issues! Not knowledgeable on the process for Autism diagnosis! She just sends out referrals for other offices to correct! Front desk secretary Sheri is SOOO RUDE! Very disrespectful in frustrating moments! They stick together so watch out for this office! I’m still waiting on a response from the office manager! I’ll be contacting corporate just to feel like someone is actually listening!
Worst experience with scheduler/secretary “SHERRY”! She hung up in my face and yelled “Are you ever going to let me talk because I have a line and need to get to these people first?” What?? I’m in line just like these ppl but I guess I’ll have to come physically to get more help!
