Been to this office on multiple occasions and I love the way they care for my child. Staff is quick and outgoing and front desk always interacts with my child.
Dr. DARA SHIELDS sits behind the desk on her phone laughing as patients approach the desk with issues! Not knowledgeable on the process for Autism diagnosis! She just sends out referrals for other offices to correct! Front desk secretary Sheri is SOOO RUDE! Very disrespectful in frustrating moments! They stick together so watch out for this office! I’m still waiting on a response from the office manager! I’ll be contacting corporate just to feel like someone is actually listening!
Worst experience with scheduler/secretary “SHERRY”! She hung up in my face and yelled “Are you ever going to let me talk because I have a line and need to get to these people first?” What?? I’m in line just like these ppl but I guess I’ll have to come physically to get more help! Absolutely disappointed. This practice has been out of something as simple as a refrigerator for an extended period of time, causing my newborn to not receive vaccines and be delayed for months . I was told I’d be on a waiting list and they’d call me with updates but they never did and instead i must travel 40 mins out of the way to get shots at another office.
