I have been a patient here for many years and I have never had a negative experience. The staff is warm, friendly and professional. I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to be seen. Dr. Burns treats me as if I'm his only patient. I feel heard and never rushed. I can tell Dr. Burns listens to me beyond my words. He is tuned in to me as his patient. NOT it! Worst experience ever. Came for an appointment at 7:30am and waited around because the door was locked. Called the number (also said they were closed) and talked to an on-call person and they said just wait around until the door opens. Then a lady walks out and I say we had an appointment at 7:30. REVIEW IS FOR ANSWERING SERVICE IN THE DAYTIME. I believe it's discrimination for the fact that I am mentally challenged. Booth can get you jail time and a law suit.
