While sitting here waiting for my appt, an angry patient stormed in yelling at the receptionists that there was no parking spots available, being completely disrespectful, loud, and simply just rude, when newborns were sleeping and waiting in the waiting room as well, causing an uncomfortable and tense experience for everyone else. Dr. Flock is extremely helpful and very sweet. She is amazing at helping me with my weight loss and women’s care. She listens and then explains things in detail. She is pro active at making sure all my labs and imaging are up to date. Her front desk scheduler Britlyn is also extremely helpful and very kind when making an appointment.
The medical staff was upbeat, caring & professional; the front office personnel likewise exhibited the same caring, professional manner. Continue to be the best! Special kudos to Nurse Practioner Walburg. I feel fortunate to have you on my side. Thanks.
