Dr mchugh is outstanding, I can’t say enough about her and the staff, I am very particular!
Was looking forward to using this office but had several red flags that caused me to switch after one appointment. For one, it took me 2 days to make my appointment after calling over and over and the phone ringing for several minutes each time. While sitting here waiting for my appt, an angry patient stormed in yelling at the receptionists that there was no parking spots available, being completely disrespectful, loud, and simply just rude, when newborns were sleeping and waiting in the waiting room as well, causing an uncomfortable and tense experience for everyone else. Dr. Flock is extremely helpful and very sweet. She is amazing at helping me with my weight loss and women’s care. She listens and then explains things in detail. She is pro active at making sure all my labs and imaging are up to date. Her front desk scheduler Britlyn is also extremely helpful and very kind when making an appointment.
