Poor customer service- Very rude and unprofessional staff. The store is not clean!
Make sure to double check with the waitress what you can substitute before setting in stone and being excited about what you want to order. Apparently, you can't substitute the "chips" (fries) for anything else even if you want to pay the difference. She'll just bring you an extra order of sweet potato fries, or as requested by my partner onion rings. Also, if you need more Tartar sauce packets, it's 25 cents extra. You would think they'd have available bottles of Tartar considering it's the main sauce we'd all use for fish.... read more
We recently had take-out of three orders of fish and chips. The containers came FULL with chips and small piece of fish in each. I called to ask why we had not got any side with the order. I was told that for take-out, they don't give out coleslaw. It is only served when you dine-in. We paid a GOOD price for the three orders. The chips had a funny smell to them - perhaps they had been fried in an oil that had been reused multiple times or something. A lot of fries went in the garbage that day.
