Me and my son were craving some fish and chips. I figured we’d try this place out. My son‘s fish and chips was more batter than fish.. I had the fish tacos and wasn’t sure if there’s any fish Just batter. Service was subpar Server never came over during our meal. Had to ask for utensils cause none were supplied in our table. No lemon with the fish and chips. Also, had to ask for that. First and last time I’ll try this place
I've been coming here for many years including the darkest days of the lockdown. I've always found the staff friendly..and fish and chips great. For me chips are crispy on the outside..fluffy on the inside..perfect ..fish is not over battered. I'm surprised that they received any negative reviews...so adding my voice as support for a nice local chippy.
First time trying this place. Ordered three different dishes to taste. Couldn't tell what was what; everything looked greasy, tasted and smelt even greaser. Everything tastes the same like mushy, soggy, stale, old oil fried things. There was no pleasant taste to anything besides the malt vinegar maybe, even that didn't even add any flavor.
