I was craving a specific sandwich for lunch that's hard to find , as most places don't have shredded beef. While they didn't have shredded beef, after telling the gentleman what I was looking for, they took the time slice and prepare a sandwich as close to what I was looking for as possible. It was soooooo good!!! Thank you so much!!

Drove to the lake from Jefferson City and the Wife said she'd like some BBQ. I looked up BBQ places and we decided on HalfSauced BBQ. The brisket sandwich was to die for! So tender! You have to try the beans too...fantastic! We'll be back for sure. The staff is super friendly and explain everything on the menu. Very nice people who care about the customer!

Simply put...you won't find better tasting bbq anywhere. I travel from Texas to Minnesota and Half Sauced in Osage Beach, Missouri is the best!
