RecommendedWe could not be more pleased with the care we have received at HVAH. Dr. Miller, Dr. Zink and Dr. Kalp have all been wonderful with our dogs. They provided the absolute best care for Kasey, Mr. Butters and Riley over the past several years. Although we had to say goodbye to all three of our dogs over the past year, we could not have asked for anything more or better from any of the docs or staff right up to the very end. My wife and I cannot say enough positive things about Dr Miller and the team at Halfmoon Valley Animal hospital. My dog was struggling with some swelling issues that we couldn’t get straightened out. Being new to the area we looked at reviews and saw this was the place to go. It wasn’t long until we received the news no pet owner ever wants to hear. My very first visit was today and my pups and myself are very happy with the treatment of everyone today. Glad I decided to go. Would recommend to anyone looking for a vet.
We’ve had so many good experiences here that it’s hard to single one out. Suffice to say that the vets and staff are very caring, professional and accommodating. For instance, we just lost our eldest cat at home, and were sent a note of condolence from one of the vets. That meant so much to us.
I strongly recommend the veterinarians of Halfmoon Valley. I have had pets treated by both Dr. Menapace and Dr. Kalp and I have been happy with both. Both treated my animals with great care, both are understanding of people’s circumstances and budgets and try to provide treatment options to fit the animal’s and owner’s needs. Their rates are reasonable and offer options without any pressure sales tactics while stressing the urgency of treatments when truly appropriate.
