My son is a single Dad with a teenaged daughter and after many years of living here, he was recently notified that the Park is nor renewing his lease and he is forced to find a new place to live for his daughter and himself. That is disgraceful on the part of the Park. Everyone should think twice before moving in there if this is the way they treat their tennants!
I've lived here for a few years now and really enjoy it. Anytime something broke, maintenance showed up that day and fixed it. I've never had any problems in this community. It's a safe place for my child. The manager of the park has always been helpful and could answer any question I've ever had.
The property manager does not care about the residence, and will not work with them. (BAD ATTITUDE)
I live here with my fiance. It is a lovely place to live. Well taken care of and managed, yet your privacy is not violated by a nosey boundary pushing owner/proprietor as is the case with some communities. The other members of the community also respect privacy and boundaries so no nosey neighbors either. Property is well maintained all year round and it looks beautiful.
