We just bought a quality used Nissan in the spring and have been extremely pleased with it. We found the sales representing and the financial manager very friendly and attentive, no pressure but very helpful. You have to come see their new building, it is beautiful, spacious and clean. I was booking my first service appointment and found everyone very helpful and friendly. It was nice to see people who appeared to be enjoying what they are doing.
I LOVE the Nissan dealership in Thunder Bay (Half-Way Motors). I moved back here from Southern ON and have had a couple of small issues - nothing major - with my vehicle, which I might add, I did not buy at Half-Way. Everytime I have gone there, John in service has gone up and beyond to help me!!! He is exceptional at what he does and how he treats his clients.
