The staff was personable, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food? Well, let me put it this way, you haven’t had a fried green tomato until you’ve tried theirs. Cant wait to come back soon.
It's a TOURIST TRAP. I wish I'd read the reviews before booking. We had two birthdays and a 250th anniversary to celebrate - the weekend of July 4th. We were hoping for something really historical, but it was a huge letdown. Yeah, it's an old building, but that's it. Just an eatery with no vibe. It’s just a block away from me, so it’s one of the places I recommend; besides being a historic restaurant, they serve incredible food.
What a wonderful place to have our anniversary dinner. The atmosphere can only be experienced. The staff went above and beyond. Some would say it maybe a little expensive but our opinion, it worth it!
Love this place! So neat! and food is amazing!
