We have had the pleasure of having Chris and Half Shell Catering on three separate occasions. Guests are always impressed with his gorgeous set up, and his kind and friendly "can do" personality. The oysters and personally curated sauces are delicious, the caviar with homemade blinis and clotted cream are incredible and the shrimp and king crab are out of this world. Truly the best. Highly recommend.
Chris and his team catered a lovely oyster bar for a 50th birthday party I attended. His sauces were all homemade and the product was fresh from the ocean!
I cannot say enough good things about half shell catering! I’ve hired them for three different events, each time it is the hit of the party. The service is always impeccable, the oysters are delicious, and it makes for such a special addition to any party. Highly recommend!
