I’ve used Chris for several parties, and he never disappoints! The seafood is always fresh and delicious, the service is pleasant and professional, and his sauces are absolutely amazing. A crowd favorite every time. Highly recommend for any event! 🦪✨
Fabulous experience with Half Shell! My first experience with them was at a good friend’s party, and it was so impressive that we decided to hire them for our own event. The oysters were a huge hit, and we received countless compliments from our guests. Chris was great to work with and went above and beyond to ensure the oyster station fit seamlessly with the vibe and aesthetic of the party. We will absolutely hire Half Shell again!

I was looking for a somone to use for a large party to cater oysters and stumbled across Chris's website. It was the best decision I made, the party was a huge sucess everyone couldn't get enough of they Oysters. They were so fresh and I would say some of the best I've had.
