Purchased a hot tub from them about a year and a half ago; heater broke; been waiting over 6 weeks for a 2 week repair with no end in sight. Called the manufacturer and they have the part in stock.
If there was a minus star this organization would deserve it. The hot tub they sold me does not retain temperature. I set it for 100 degrees and it soars to 107-109. Then, if I’m lucky, it shuts down. The surround is falling off again. They have tried to fix it several times but it keeps falling down and looks awful. They do not return phone calls and getting anyone out if the do return the 3rd or 4th call over a 2 week period it is weeks to a month before a service tec arrives. Too many hot tub places make you want to run the second you get in the door. That's not the case with half price hot tubs in Cherry Hill. Everyone from Mike to the delivery team and the hot tub technicians are easy to work with and communicate well. I highly recommend purchasing your swim spa or hot tub here.
Jimmy and Ryan are friendly, honest, and know their business very well. They both deliver excellent service at all stages from hot tub order through delivery and beyond. Ryan went above and beyond on my questions about hot-tub maintenance and was very patient explaining various options. Jimmy was very helpful on tub configuration. I'm very happy with the tub they suggested and it's working well. I also know where to go if I need service.
