Jimmy and Ryan are friendly, honest, and know their business very well. They both deliver excellent service at all stages from hot tub order through delivery and beyond. Ryan went above and beyond on my questions about hot-tub maintenance and was very patient explaining various options. Jimmy was very helpful on tub configuration. I'm very happy with the tub they suggested and it's working well. I also know where to go if I need service.
Jimmy is the man. Very charismatic, knowledgeable and flexible to your individual situations. Seriously though this has been one of the best purchases I have made and the hot tubs are well designed and the systems work great. Highly highly recommend it will definitely improve your quality of life.
I recently purchased a Wellis hot tub and I can say I am super happy with my purchase. As someone who does their research and shops around, I can tell you this was the best product at a great price.
