Recommendedoutstanding surgery and front office! we were told we had an amt of benefits, had to pay at the time, but to expect a refund from them, a few weeks later, We received the amount $1500 from insurance , like they said! Using same insurance, we were told at another place we had no benefits. :( So thankful we found Half Moon. our daughter healed quickly. thank you so much!
So disappointing!! Was given an amount during the consultation of what we would owe to get my daughters wisdom teeth pulled with insurance- sedation etc. Paid the amount in full prior to surgery. 2 weeks later I get a bill for $394.70😡 Totally unacceptable! That was the point of the consultation! To look at your insurance & tell you exactly what you would owe! I’ve dealt with other oral surgery centers & this has NEVER been an issue!!! Dr. Sarna and team removed my wisdom teeth in March, and I had a great experience during consultation, surgery, and post-surgery. From the front desk to the surgical room, everyone was friendly, confident and helped keep me calm. I would highly recommend Half-Moon Oral Surgery!
