First time visiting Half Helen and I highly recommend! The location is easy to find, very clean and inviting environment, kid friendly. I am beyond disappointed with the service at Half Helen. Both my husband and I received glasses with WRONG PRESCRIPTIONS, yet they refused to make it right. I ordered transition lenses/reading glasses and paid extra for the transition feature ($150). When I complained that the prescription was incorrect, the staff had the audacity to ask if they were “better than nothing” and then claimed that meant they worked! Mi primera vez en esta óptica y ordene mis anteojos ,me los entregaron y los comencé a usar y desde el principio sentí algo raro,se me comenzaron a empañar sin razón y bueno creí que era por el calor de estar afuera y entrar a casa,pero eso fue asi todos los días y los lleve a la clínica para ver que les podía hacer para mejorarlos y los deje una semana y los recibí otra vez lo mismo,no les hicieron nada,no se hasta la fecha no los uso por lo mismo,no se que material es pero el limpiarlos cada rato para ver claro no es norma... read more
